Exterior Colour and Cool Smart Technology^TM

Solagard offers a range of contemporary and traditional colours to suit a variety of architectural styles from our Wattyl Colour Designer palette, including your favourite Colorbond® colours. For textured results you can choose from our Stone or DIY Bagged Render Finishes.

Cool Smart Technology^TM

Solagard now offers a range of alternative Cool Smart Technology^TM tint formulations which have been specifically developed to reduce the exterior surface temperature of your home. This technology helps minimise the energy needed to maintain your home at a comfortable temperature in warmer weather and can reduce outdoor surface temperatures by up to 5^oC.

For maximum benefit with Cool Smart Technology^TM colours, an initial coat of Solagard White should be applied. Temperature reduction varies depending on the colour chosen, and is in comparison to the same colour tinted to the standard tint formulation. Dark colours show the biggest difference in surface temperature. However, lighter colours will give best heat reflection.

These colours may vary slightly from standard tinting. The LRV values for all Solagard colours are available upon request.
